Delivery

UK standard delivery is free for orders over £75 and a charge of £3.99 will be applied for any order £75 or less.  We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for standard delivery which normally takes 2-3 days. 

Next Day delivery is available for £5.99.

For same day dispatch with all delivery methods, order before 2:30 pm GMT, except for Saturdays where you must place your order before 11:30 am GMT.  

No orders will be posted out on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

We are currently not taking orders for international delivery.

Returns

We offer a FREE returns service. For more information please click here.

Items must be in their original condition and returned within 28 days of receiving them. Return to our Southampton store or post them back to us with your returns form enclosed.
